It’s not unexpected, but things may turn against the Democrats in a few weeks if that’s what they meant. Katie Hobbs’s twin sister, Becky, said that the national party poured money into elections to support MAGA candidates. As a Democratic candidate, Katie is seeking the office of governor of Arizona. The Democrats apparently thought these people would be easier to attack during the general election. It does, however, address the widespread sense of superiority held by the great majority of Democrats (via Project Veritas):
The twin of Katie Hobbs believes the Democratic Party “was pouring money in primaries” to help “extreme Trump-approved candidates.” Nominate Conservatives as Republican Candidates Becky Hobbs is overheard on an undercover camera discussing the Democratic Party’s financial support of candidates backed by Donald Trump in the Republican primaries.
Rebecca Hobbs claims that the Democratic Party was sponsoring the campaigns of the most conservative candidates who had been sponsored by Trump around the country during the Republican primaries.
She claimed that Democrats “wanted those [Trump-endorsed Republican] extremists to win” because doing so would boost their chances of success over more moderate Republicans.
Democratic leaders have lately voiced concern that the success of candidates sponsored by Donald Trump in recent Republican primary races indicates the party is becoming more “extreme.”
Questions have been raised about whether or not Democrats are truly terrified of the “Trump radicalism” that has been widely publicized, given the video of Becky Hobbs seems to imply that Democrats were involved in that outcome.
Whether the economy is in recession, your party leader’s approval ratings are at an all-time low, inflation is skyrocketing, and crime is on the rise, then it doesn’t matter if the MAGA candidate is running against you. The ruling party is going down because its members have been worrying about nothing but the little things for far too long. Democrats are most concerned about January 6th, climate change, and abortion. As the Democratic Party loses support from the working class, this trend strengthens. We who have to work to put food on the table and electricity in the home don’t have the luxury of time to squander on such trivia.
The Arizona Democrats’ gubernatorial contender is so groggy that he refuses to debate Republican Kari Lake, which doesn’t help their cause. The Hobbs campaign has said they have no intention of participating in a media circus organized by Lake because they believe it would simply help to propagate the common notion that Ms. Hobbs is a terrible candidate. If you look at her previous videos, you’ll notice that she’s dull, uninteresting, and a candidate who can’t think beyond the box. Lake has a lot of personalities and is very sociable and outgoing. In addition, she has the benefit of being able to convincingly counter liberal media myths because of her background as a TV journalist. Lake, in contrast to Hobbs, has been a television fixture for twice as long. Thus he has at least some name recognition among Arizona voters. The secretary of state of this country is either not widely recognized or seldom seen in public.
It’s possible that the West is where the Republicans regain control of the Senate, but the media and the Democrats paid little attention to the region. Lake and the Republicans gained much from the incompetence of the Democrats and Joe Biden in particular. It’s not hard to see why Joe Biden’s two runs for president both ended in defeat. They didn’t think he had the right “soft skills,” as voters put it. He lucked out by being the only somewhat successful person still alive in 2020. Because of this, he has become cancer on Democrats all around the country, and not even the purported smell of ‘MAGA’ is stopping Americans from voting for the Republicans this election.
