In a move that sets her apart, Republican Representative Lauren Boebert of Colorado announced her intention to submit distinctive articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden, citing concerns over the border issue and alleged bribery plot.

During an appearance on The Benny Johnson Show, Boebert revealed her unique approach to drafting the articles, ensuring they can be presented as a privileged resolution on the House floor at any time. She expressed her belief that Joe Biden is unfit for the presidency, emphasizing his reported difficulty in navigating stairs and standing on stage without assistance.

The focus of the articles of impeachment, according to Boebert, will be Biden’s handling of the situation at the southern border, highlighting what she described as a “complete and total invasion.” She voiced frustration over the administration’s failure to address the issue of illegal immigration, claiming that over 5.3 million individuals have been apprehended while attempting to cross the border.

To urge action on the articles of impeachment, Boebert issued a warning to the Judiciary Committee, stating that if they fail to address the matter, she will bring her privileged resolution directly to the House floor, compelling a response within 48 hours. She also indicated her ongoing investigation into allegations of bribery involving Joe Biden and his son Hunter, referring to FBI documents and the search for 17 audio tapes that purportedly contain recordings of Biden engaging in questionable conversations.

Boebert revealed that subpoenas have been issued, and she anticipates the potential release of additional bank documents in the coming week. The bribery allegations remain the subject of ongoing probes, as she seeks to uncover the truth surrounding the claims.
