David M. Friedman, a former U.S. ambassador to Israel, has called on Donald Trump to denounce Kanye West and Nick Fuentes, two antisemitic guests, at a recent dinner at Mar-a-Lago.
Donald Trump, you’re better than this. However famous an antisemite like Kanye West or a thug like Nick Fuentes may be among their contemporaries, their presence is untenable. As part of a series of tweets on Friday, Friedman urged his followers to “toss those bastards out, condemn them, and send them to the rubbish of history where they belong.”
It was no secret that I had reservations about Obama because of his associations with racists like Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright. No, this is also not an exception. Nobody who is an antisemite, no of their political leanings, has a place at the highest levels of American politics.
Recent statements from West include an accusation that Jews run Hollywood and a warning to launch “death con 3” against the Jewish community.
Fuentes, an antisemite, is a regular troll who causes trouble at gatherings hosted by the right.
Before West requested to see Fuentes, Trump claimed he was unaware of who West had invited to dinner.
Friedman is not only a good friend of the 45th president but also one of his closest advisors. The Abraham Accords, which brought peace to Israel and numerous Arab countries, and the transfer of the American embassy to Jerusalem were both joint efforts between him and former President Trump.
