Joe DiGenova appeared on Laura Ingraham’s show on Fox News to discuss the Hillary dossier and how it was misused in order to allow the FBI to spy on Trump.
They also discussed the newly released Senate report on the criminal referral against British spy, Christopher Steele. During that conversation, DiGenova told Ingraham that “Someone has to go to prison.” There are certainly enough candidates. Christopher Steele, James Comey, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, Sidney Blumenthal, Hillary Clinton, Cody Shearer, Peter SStrzok, Lisa Page, and Jonathon Winer and a cast of dozens of Deep State operatives.

“Former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova: “Now we know that additional Clinton allies…were involved in the transmission of false information, unverified information to the @FBI through State Department officials. Somebody’s going to have to go to prison.””
DiGenova also said:
The Grassley-Graham memo establishes beyond any doubt that the FBI knowingly deceived the FISA court about the information it was presented to them, lied to them about the fact that it was verified information, which it was not — which the law requires. And now we know that additional Clinton allies, including Sidney Blumenthal, were involved in the transmission of false information, unverified information to the FBI through State Department officials. Somebody’s going to have to go to prison.”
With all the evidence coming out now it is clear that there were not singular crimes being committed but rather it was a conspiracy among all of the players. And not a minor crime but a criminal conspiracy to invalidate a legally elected president of the United States. This is Watergate on steroids. They all need to go to prison.
Grassley releases a much-less redacted version of the Grassley/Graham criminal referral of Steele, approved by FBI today, which raises many similar issues about FBI reliance on Steele with the FISA court from the Nunes memo https://t.co/sWqURR9bFm

A new and highly redacted document released Monday by the Senate Judiciary Committee reveals that former British spy Christopher Steele, the man behind the unverified and controversial dossier, wrote an additional memo regarding alleged Russian collusion with President Donald Trump but that the information was largely based on information provided by allies of former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. […]
Steele, whose prior work with British intelligence gave him access to U.S. intelligence and State Department officials, also appeared to be in contact with Jonathan Winer, a current State Department official who also worked under then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Winer is the “State Department’s Special Envoy for Libya and Senior Advisor for MEK resettlement,” according to the State Department website.
Another connection to the second dossier, according to several sources who spoke to this reporter, is close friend and advisor to Hillary Clinton, Sidney Blumenthal.
Rep Trey Gowdy seems to make the same point about Blumenthal in a conversation with Fox News host Martha MacCallum:
“Trey Gowdy just heavily implied that Sydney Blumenthal was a source for Christopher Steele’s oppo dossier on Fox News: pic.twitter.com/cp1ztcEsB6”

The truth will be out in the open well in advance of the 2018 elections and it doesn’t bode well for Democrats, who will be seen as trying to accomplish with the Deep State what they couldn’t achieve at the ballot box.
Those of us old enough to remember Watergate knows what that scandal did to the Republican party. After the midterm elections, Democrats in the Senate held a 61-39 advantage in the Senate and they picked up 49 seats in the House to take a 291-144 advantage.
Should an election like that occur this year, President Trump could have a filibuster-proof Senate and he can run wild with his agenda.
