As he deals with being knee-deep in his own scandal that has been recently labeled as “Elongate,” Elon Musk jumped headlong into the “Russiagate” story that has now been brought back into the limelight via the federal courtroom.
As seen past weekend, Musk claimed that a tweet that twice failed Hillary Clinton posted just before the 2016 presidential elections was an outright “hoax.”
“Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank,” Clinton stated in her tweet that went on on October 31st 2016 which contained a quite long note from Jake Sullivan, one of her top aides from the time, who now sits cleanly as the national security adviser for good ole’ Joe Biden.
“This could be the most direct link yet between Donald Trump and Moscow. Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank,” stated Sullivan. “This secret hotline may be the key to unlocking the mystery of Trump’s ties to Russia. It certainly seems the Trump Organization felt it had something to hide, given that it apparently took steps to conceal the link when it was discovered by journalists.”

As a result of special prosecutor John Durham’s probe into the case, he slammed Sussmann with a charge of lying to the FBI when he had a meeting with an agent concerning the alleged ties to Russia of former President Donald Trump. Durham, along with his team of prosecutors, states that SUssmann “manipulated” the FBI in an attempt to change the outcome of an election.
As part of the trial taking place last week, the campaign manager for Clinton testified that Clinton was responsible for personally authorizing her campaign group to share data from their computers, which has since been outright debunked, the purportedly showed a link between Trump and a Russian bank.
Clinton’s 2016 campaign managed who testified as a witness for the defense of Sussmann, Robby Mook, stated that he spoke with Clinton about the suposed link, and stated that the discussion went like, “Hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter,” he claimed.
“She agreed to that,” he said.
As part of his sworn testimony, Mook also stated his acknowledgment that the campaign did not know if the data set was entirely true. “Part of the point of giving it to a reporter was they could run it down further,” he stated in his comments.
