Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says that she would rather be factually incorrect as long as she is morally right.
The problem is, she is neither. When you have the facts wrong, it’s impossible to find a solution for a problem. For instance, she claims the Pentagon has “lost” 21 trillion dollars and she wants to use that money towards her 32 trillion dollar healthcare plan. But, there isn’t 21 trillion dollars and never was.
The United States has only spent 18 trillion dollars on national defense since 1789. Since then we have fought many wars including the two biggies, WWI and WWII.
Commie princess Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) dodged questions about her “fuzzy math” for misstating statistics about Pentagon spending in a 60 Minutes interview that aired Sunday.
“One of the criticisms about you is that your math is fuzzy,” Anderson Cooper said, adding, “The Washington Post awarded you ‘Four Pinocchios’ for misstating some statistics about Pentagon spending.”
“There’s a lot of people more concerned about being precisely, factually, and semantically correct than about being morally right,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
Yes, she really said that.
“But being factually correct is important,” Anderson Cooper replied.
Ocasio-Cortez then deflected and claimed her ‘clumsy mistakes’ are not the same thing as President Trump ‘lying about immigrants.’
The far left lawmaker also called President Trump a racist during this 60 Minutes interview, however she offered no evidence.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is just like every other Socialist or Communist demagogue of the past who paved the path to hell with ‘good intentions’ – to hell with facts.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
