The investigation of Hunter Biden has been assigned to Republican members of the House.
On Wednesday, Hunter Biden’s legal team requested criminal investigations on his opponents at the federal and state levels, citing real worries over the contents of the laptop.
Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, has asked for an investigation into the allegations made by Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, and the owner of the computer repair shop where Biden left his laptop, John Mac Isaac. Lowell has written to the Department of Justice and the attorney general of Delaware. Biden’s legal team filed a cease-and-desist letter to anybody who disclosed the contents of the laptop without authorization.
Despite appearances to the contrary, Lowell insists that the letters sent out on Wednesday do not imply an admission of the laptop’s validity. Biden’s legal team released a statement saying they suspected the public versions of the laptop had been tampered with.
address the defendants’ “pattern and practice” of “obtaining, altering, and spreading what they claim to be Mr. Biden’s data, wherever they claim to have acquired it,” as stated in the complaint. According to Lowell’s statement to Fox News Digital, “These letters do not substantiate Mac Isaac’s or others’ assertions of a so-called laptop.”
The Department of Justice was contacted by Fox News Digital for comment, but no answer was received in time for inclusion in the report.
Lowell said that nobody, not even Mac Isaac, was allowed to look at Biden’s laptop, let alone create copies of its contents and disseminate them to the media.
A botched dirty political tactic led to Mr. Biden’s personal information being leaked, used, and manipulated, according to Lowell’s account. The media and political opponents of Joe Biden have used the stolen data to paint him in a negative light.
Further, the letter said that Mac Isaac and Giuliani were in “possession of the stolen commodities” after their involvement in the “theft of computer services.”
The president’s lawyer was allegedly involved in a conspiracy in which “Mr. Mac Isaac decided to weaponize Mr. Biden’s computer data against his father, Joseph R. Biden,” as stated by Lowell. The secret to this victory was convincing the New York Post to run Mr. Biden’s story without his permission.
At the same time that Republicans on Capitol Hill are gearing up to investigate President Biden and his family, the president’s son has been increasingly active in the courts.
The New York Post’s initial report on the “laptop from hell,” which garnered headlines in the weeks leading up to the 2020 election, was removed from Twitter and will be the subject of an upcoming hearing by the House Oversight Committee.
The likelihood of more House probes into Hunter’s money is high. The laptop’s data may come in handy when explaining things like that.
