On Thursday, antisemitic Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Jew Hater) was not appointed to the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Democratic Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Fascist) lost it on the House floor.
The animosity that Omar has for Israel and Jews has been on full show during her whole term in Congress. It makes little sense to have someone as full of hate for Western Civilization in general as Omar on such a crucial committee because he or she hates America.
AOC, another member of Omar’s “Squad,” had a histrionic performance after the party-line vote (218-211) to deny Omar the seat:
Extract from the Transcript:
[Something-something] 9/11. Racism against Muslim Americans [something] anything. Racism and encouragement to violence against black women are [something] in this. The existence of [something] was a direct threat to my safety.
Then AOC adopted a faux preacher voice, which I must confess I did not Nazi see coming…
Here is a snippet of the transcript:
Don’t try to convince me that this is a statement condemning anti-Semitism [fill in the blank]. Jewish lasers in space or something like that. Black women are the focus of [something]. It was [at some point] when I felt a threat to my life.
You might call this a performance for the likes of CNN and MSNBC.
It’s amusing that Jewish employees at CNN and MSNBC will praise AOC for protecting an open anti-Semite and then rail against the “evil and racist GOP” for refusing an obvious anti-Semite a seat on a House committee.
Truth be told, things are so bad in the corporate media that if Adam Schiff (D-Liar), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, or Ilhan Omar nuked Israel, the spin would be “Republicans attack Democrats over nuking of a nation controlled by right-extremist Netanyahu.”
After the election, Omar made the following statement:
If you are an immigrant, a person of a specific race, a Muslim, or even just from a different country, you may be viewed with suspicion. It’s not a coincidence that Republicans have long suspected Barack Obama, the country’s first black president, of being a Muslim in hiding. Oh, well, I’m a Muslim. Interestingly enough, I come from Africa and I am an immigrant. Do you find it shocking that I’m the one getting picked on? Is it a big surprise that people tend to ignore me when I try to discuss issues of American foreign policy? Or maybe they think I’m too influential and want to shut me up.
She forgot I’m a House representative who despises the Joooozzzzzzz.
The practice of not allowing the minority party to appoint members of their choosing to committees was started by former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Old).
So why the moaning, the lies, and the hysteria?
You gals have the rules.
