The House Oversight Committee revealed on Thursday that Biden family business partner Robinson Walker got $179,836.86 on November 5, 2015, when President Joseph Biden was vice president.
This article was written by Breitbart News senior writer Peter Schweizer and first appeared in 2022. While relatively little in comparison to the $31 million the company made when Joe Biden was vice president, the new data support the previous conclusions. On Thursday, the Committee on Foreign Relations said that President Joseph Biden’s family firm had received a $3 million wire transfer from a Chinese corporation following Biden’s retirement as vice president in 2017.
Based on their investigation, the committee learned that on November 5, 2015, an undisclosed sum of money was wired to Robinson Walker, a business associate of the Biden family. On November 9, 2015, Walker sent $59,900 from his bank account to an account in the name of “Robert [Hunter] Biden” (one-third of the total payment). A few days prior, the identical lump sum was transferred from the company’s account to Walker’s account.
The Biden family business wired $59,900 to James Gilliar’s Abu Dhabi-based European Energy and Infrastructure Group (EEIG) in 2017. For “strategic impacts at the highest level within Washington, D.C.,” as the company’s website puts it, Gilliar established EEIG in 2010. Gillian had a key role in the arrangement for CEFC Energy Co., in which Hunter’s ex-business partner Tony Bobulinski and Joe Biden (“Big Man”) would each acquire a 10% financial stake in the firm.
As a bonus, Gillian was instrumental in identifying prospective acquisitions for CEFC. Gillian wants to purchase American Westinghouse Electric Company for $5 billion in a 55-page business plan dated February 22, 2016. Gilliar contacted Bobulinski, Hunter, James Biden, and Walker on May 14 to discuss a second business deal involving CEFC’s planned acquisition of an energy company in Oman. The above-mentioned purchases in Colombia and Romania took up a total of 41 pages.
Before, Hunter was a tourist in Romania. In the early spring of 2015, Hunter began working with the Romanian Gabriel Popoviciu. The president reportedly met with Hunter three times between July 2015 and March 2016 to discuss assisting Popoviciu with a “conviction coming from his purchase of a 550-acre block of government-owned property at a low price,” as reported by the New York Post.
Joseph Biden has denied any involvement with the family company, but these events and the statements of whistleblowers prove otherwise. My son has some business interests abroad, but I’ve never discussed them with him. President Joseph Biden said in 2019 that he knew only one thing: Trump deserved an investigation.
I have not seen any signs of my child becoming affluent in China. President Joseph Biden boasted to President Trump in 2020 that he was the first person to make money in China.
Joe Biden, the president, has had family business meetings at the White House. President Joe Biden reportedly met with Eric Schwerin, business partner of Hunter Biden, 19 times at the White House. Schwerin must expeditiously make his financial records available to the Oversight Committee.
From 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on July 25, 2014, Joe Biden met with two Chinese energy officials from Wanxiang, a corporation with connections to the Chinese Communist Party, according to documents obtained on Hunter’s laptop. Seneca Global Advisors, the lobbying firm owned by Hunter and Walker, represented GreatPoint Energy, which had spent $1.25 billion with Wanxiang in a natural gas project in communist China two years prior. This agreement was observed by China’s President Xi Jinping. GreatPoint Energy was purchased by Wanxiang in 2013, and this is significant since Hunter’s business, Rosemont Seneca Partners, had previously invested in the now-defunct carmaker Fisker.
Peter Schweizer, head of the Government Accountability Institute and a senior contributor at Breitbart, has written two books on the topic of corruption: Hidden Empires (2018) and Profiles in Corruption (2017). (2020). The books written on Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s 2013 journey to China in Air Force Two soared to the top of the New York Times bestseller list. One of the books revealed that less than two weeks later, Hunter’s company signed a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China. In addition, Schweizer’s research revealed that the Biden family was involved in cronyism and enormously lucrative overseas collaborations.
Breitbart Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris and New York Post reporter Miranda Devine made international headlines with their investigation into Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell,” which revealed Joe Biden’s deep involvement in Hunter’s businesses, including what appears to be a 10% stake in a company Hunter Biden formed with officials at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party.
