After a successful SOTU speech which triggered liberals, Trump was shaking hands as he made his way from the podium.
Rep. Jeff Duncan shouted out a request for President Trump to release the FISA memo. Trump answered with “Don’t worry. 100%”. And why not? After a year and half being hounded by a Democratic witch hunt, there’s nothing the president would rather do than to expose that investigation for what it really was. An attempt by the left to dump a democratically elected president.
Better yet, he will get to see many of his antagonists enter the federal penal system. If yesterday’s reports of former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe are true, he could be the first. It has been alleged that McCabe forced agents to change their 302s in order to exonerate Hillary Clinton. When an investigator at the FBI interviews a witness or a suspect, the agent fills out a 302 which is a compilation of their notes from the interview.
Changing those 302s would be obstruction of justice and probably another half dozen to a dozen crimes. It would also likely reopen the investigation of Hillary Clinton and her violation of the Espionage Act.
Also, her pay for play scheme.
Trey Gowdy commented this week on how Democrats tried to impede the House investigation. He said that the Democrats sided with Fusion GPS to try to stop Republicans from learning that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid for the fake Trump dossier. They have also fought tooth and nail to prevent the FISA memo from being released. Rep Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and a host of other Democrats said that the memo was full of lies and distortions.
The FBI inspected the memo and found zero, I repeat zero falsehoods and agreed that the memo was factually correct.
Gowdy said:
My Democratic colleagues didn’t want us to find this information. They did everything they could to keep us from finding this information. I think it will be embarrassing to Adam Schiff once people realize the extent to which he went to keep them from learning any of this. That would be the embarrassment…. if it were up to Adam Schiff, you wouldn’t know about Hillary Clinton’s email. You wouldn’t know about the server. You wouldn’t know about the dossier. I do find it ironic that he has his own memo right now because if it were up to him, we wouldn’t know any of it.
It will be interesting to see how the lamestream media tries to spin this one, especially after the release of the FISA memo and the IG report.
