A recent study shows that almost 25% of all Dreamers are functionally illiterate in English. The Social Security Administration recognizes that as a disability. So, if we go by the three million figure that liberals say is eligible for Dreamer Status, 750,000 Dreamers would be eligible for SSI,Medicaid, HEAP, HUD, food stamps and various other government giveaways. It would be much cheaper to deport them and build Trump’s wall.

Even those numbers could exaggerate the level of assimilation. As mentioned above, a high-school diploma has become so commonplace among today’s youth (due in large part to watered-down standards) that it is no longer a strong indicator of skills. Similarly, CIS research has shown that immigrants tend to overstate their English ability. When Hispanic immigrants, who make up some 80 to 90 percent of DACA recipients, recently took an objective test of English literacy, 44 percent of those who said they speak English “well” or “very well” actually scored “below basic” — a level sometimes described as functional illiteracy. Based on test-takers with the required age and residency, I estimate that perhaps 24 percent of the DACA-eligible population fall into the functionally illiterate category and another 46 percent have only “basic” English ability.
How many of that 46% will also be found as disabled?This could cost taxpayers a fortune. The other thing that the study discovered was that 73% of the households that Dreamers live in are in poverty, which also will qualify a large number of Dreamers for government freebies.
Another study also disputes something liberals have told us for years, that illegal aliens just want a college education and to get a good job. However a study by the Migration Policy Institute found that only 4% of illegal Dreamers complete college as opposed to 18% of the general population and if you throw in all 1.78 million eligible for Dreamer status that percentage drops from 4% to 1.7%
How many times have you heard liberals say that the Dreamers are the best this country has to offer. The country should sue them for defamation of character.
