Yesterday, CNN’s Jim Acosta stated that 1,552 mass shootings have happened since the Sandy Hook shootings 5 years ago. Which would mean an average of 300+ mass shootings every year.
But don’t ya think if over 300 mass shootings were happening every year we would know about it… even worldwide that figure seems very high.
Since Sandy Hook there have been at least 1,552 mass shootings, with at least 1,767 people killed and 6,227 wounded. https://t.co/RZeFDHhYmR

He got the figure from this Vox article. While left online mag puts the number somewhere closer to 33. So who do we believe? Really, it would depend on how you define “mass shooting” but even still 1,500+… come on.
Using the actual FBI definition of mass shootings, there seems to have only been four mass shootings for the entire year of 2015, yet leftists were claiming 355.
And in terms of actual deadliest since Sandy here, here’s what this site came up with:

On December 2nd, 2015, 14 people were killed when married couple Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik opened fire at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California.
