Speaking with Pam Moore of KRON4, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi boasted that the GOP has lost every fight this year. Moore theorized that despite the “disarray” in the GOP, the Democrats have been unable to “capitalize.”
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi spoke with Pam Moore of KRON4 and went into some detail that (as she believes it) the GOP has lost every fight this year.
Pelosi stated “What do you mean, not capitalized? We’ve beaten them on the appropriations. We’ve won every fight. The president’s numbers are in the high thirties, which is, for a new president, remarkable, that they be so low. So I think he is making his own case; the American people see for themselves that he does not share their values, and that he does not … some who may have voted for him are now rethinking, and others are just digging in their heels.”
“But we are getting ready for an election, the election of 2018. We expect to take back the Congress.”
My own thoughts… where are these polls held for the President’s approval rating? I’ve never been given any sort of survey, have you?, Anyway… back on topic.
She continued… “In the meantime, though, we hope to get Republicans to join us in our “better deal.” Better jobs, better pay, better future, tools for the future for families to see their children thrive and issues that relate to building infrastructure, physical and human infrastructure in our country. So we’re, in our view, in a good place.”
She’s slippin’, ya’ll… no doubt about it. It’s to be expected that either side could have some losing points but to her she really believes that the GOP has lost it all and again about the approval rating… where the heck are these held? I’m saying that in jest, of course but my point does remain the same… I don’t believe those b.s. numbers for a minute. Not from what I’ve seen from us Patriots!
