An intriguing revelation has emerged regarding the son of a co-founder of the Palestinian militant group Hamas, Mosab Hassan Yousef. Mosab has issued a strong warning to the world community. In a fiery tirade against Hamas, Yousef—who converted to Christianity and worked with Israeli authorities—called for immediate action to destroy the organization.
Yousef spoke to a crowd encircled by Israeli flags, denouncing the terrible massacre and crimes committed against Israel by Hamas on October 7. He emphasized that forgiveness is not an option when it comes to crimes like this. Alleging that Hamas deliberately sacrificed Gazan people in order to delegitimize Israel internationally, he illuminated the group’s menacing agenda.
Yousef brought attention to the fact that some people are willing to believe propaganda without checking the facts when he questioned the worldwide reaction to the war. By highlighting the need to put facts ahead of political objectives, he cautioned against the perilous effects of endorsing false narratives.
Yousef made a compelling statement when he said, “If Hamas is not defeated in Gaza, it will inspire many groups around the globe.” Drawing on his background in counter-terrorism operations targeting extreme Islamists, he voiced worry that Hamas would inspire similar movements.
Yousef pleaded with the international world to acknowledge the critical nature of the situation and unite in the face of this danger. “Because if Israel fails in Gaza, all of us will be next,” warned him.
Yousef revealed the inner workings of Hamas as he reflected on his own experience. A watershed moment that caused him to distance himself from Hamas was when he witnessed the organization’s cruelty while incarcerated in Megiddo jail in 1996. He claimed that Hamas isn’t really committed to helping the Palestinian people and is instead working for foreign agendas, namely Russia’s and Iran’s.
Yousef praised Israel’s attempts to demolish Hamas and made a daring declaration calling for the liberation of Gaza. With regional tensions rising, his passionate plea highlights the necessity of standing together in the face of extremist ideas as a rallying cry.
