April Ryan was the woman who stated she did not believe that Sarah Huckabee Sanders baked a pie of which she posted to social media around Thanksgiving.
The whole thing turned into what was laughingly called “PieGate”. With Ryan further baking the claim via Twitter:
“I am not trying to be funny but folks are already saying #piegate and #fakepie Show it to us on the table with folks eating it and a pic of you cooking it. I am getting the biggest laugh out of this. I am thankful for this laugh on Black Friday!”
And not one to take it lying down, Sanders baked a few more pies and served them out to the correspondents, including Ryan:
“.@SarahHuckabee delivers pies to White House correspondents, including @AprilDRyan who says, “this is our reset, not just for me but for all of us.””

So with that settled and perhaps I helped jog your memory… she recently appeared on a CNN panel where she reiterates Gloria Steinem infamously saying that white women were essentially forced to vote TRUMP by their husbands.
One of the panelists, to my surprise, actually tried to counter this point. Ryan only recounted with “You’re NOT a woman! You’re NOT a woman!”
Then Don Lemon, ever the opportunist, decided to tell him that he was “mansplaining”
I guess to many of these journalists, a woman simply could not have voted for Donald Trump of their own free will.

1 – “Wow! She has some set on her. I think for myself. To have the nerve to say something like that. Talk about derogatory and racist.”
2 – “I’m a single white woman and voted for Trump… And I would do it again! No one influence my decision!”
3 – “@AprilDRyan Wow….. just so you know many intelligent women didn’t vote for Hillary because we saw who she really was and we knew that she was not who the first woman POTUS should be. Call it women’s intuition”
