To a liberal, the mere fact that you voted for Trump must mean you’re not paying attention or that you’re uneducated. It’s a narrative that they won’t leave behind.

I’ve seen it in a hundred videos… protestors telling Trump supporters, out of the blue really, that they’re uneducated. Like, it’s their favorite go-to. As if some form of higher education would “enlighten us” to the error of ways… you don’t need a course in dance theory to see why Donald Trump was a clear choice.

No, those words are something that they’ve been taught by their teachers. That, somehow calling you stupid (in a nice way?) will make you go “OH YEAH WANNA BET?!” and instantly agree with them.

Now, here we have Clinton doing the same thing. It’s not the first time but it’s an interview and it’s important to note this because it’s why she shouldn’t be elected.

Clinton, with Fareed Zakaria, said, “We have to do a better job number one of explaining to people, you are being snookered. You know what? The real threat to your future is a government that doesn’t care about you and is taking actions that will make your life even harder and is favoring the wealthy beyond anything we have ever ever seen before.”

Clinton also said, “Look, [Trump’s] numbers are shrinking. The people who are still favorably disposed to him are really the hard core of his base. It may be enough to win a Republican primary. It may be enough to scare Republican members of Congress who worry about getting a Bannon-inspired opponent from even the further right, so yeah, it has political consequences within the Republican Party.”

“But we have to do a better job of making it really clear that a lot of what he is doing is to distract from the very real impacts of actions he and his government are taking. They are turning back regulations on equal pay, on overtime pay. That’s money out of workers pockets. They are going after health regulations, by opening the door to pesticides,” she added.
