BOMBSHELL:1.2 Million Illegals Filed Income Tax Returns in 2017 Using Fake or Stolen SS Numbers

According to the IRS, 1.2 million illegal aliens filed for taxes from 2016 in 2017, using either fake or stolen SS numbers. That is identity theft and is a felony.

That means it should be a breeze to find and deport a million illegal aliens give or take a dozen or so.

Now, you could say, “Well, they earned the money and paid their taxes, so what’s the harm?” well I have two answers for you.

Earned Income Credit and Child Credit. An illegal alien with three children would get $3,000 this year and $4,800 next year even if they end up paying no taxes and adding the EIC on top of that and many of these families will collect $5,000 in taxes even if they pay no taxes.

    From Newsmax:

The Internal Revenue Services documented over 1.2 million cases of illegal immigrants filing tax returns with illegitimate social security numbers in 2017, CNSNews.com reports.

“We identified 1,227,579 electronically filed tax returns, processed in FY 2017 through April 18, 2017, in which the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number on the return does not match the Social Security Number on the Form W-2,” the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration told CNSNews.com

“Note that a Social Security Number may have been used on Form W-2 for more than one of these returns.”

    More from CNS News:

TIGTA, which is the inspector general responsible for overseeing the IRS, discovered another approximately 1.2 million cases in 2017 in which an illegal alien working in the United States had filed a tax return reporting wages that had been earned using a Social Security Number that belonged to someone else or was fabricated.

Yet the IRS also could not say whether it referred any of these cases for criminal prosecution.

Using a stolen or fake Social Security Number is a felony.

Get ICE warmed up because now we have a name and address of over a million illegal aliens all of whom are felons.
