Da Nang Dick Blumenthal wants Trump nominee , John Ratcliffe rejected for resume embellishment. Not only did Blumenthal t serve in Viet Nam, it turns out that he sought d received military deferments in order keep from serving.

He now wants an investigation into John Ratcliffe who claimed he had prosecuted cases against terrorists. It is no secret that Demos do not want Ratcliffe to head the DNI and it’s no secret why. The left has been able to keep the lid on corruption thanks to the Deep State and Ratcliffe would pt a stop to that.

Dan Coats was able to keep congress and investigators at bay over documents needed for their probes, which is why he is gone.

    From The Daily Caller

Democratic Connecticut Sen. Richard Blumenthal, who falsely claimed to have served in the Vietnam War, wants an investigation into reports that President Donald Trump’s nominee for Director of National Intelligence (DNI) embellished his resume.

DNI nominee John Ratcliffe, a Republican Texas congressman, previously said he successfully prosecuted terrorism suspects, despite a lack of evidence to support the claim, The New York Times reported Tuesday.

“There needs to be a thorough investigation of his implied claims, which certainly for a director of intelligence, would be especially egregious because he’s dealing with, supposedly, the facts,” Blumenthal told MSNBC in a little-noticed clip the network aired Wednesday.

Blumenthal’s concern about Ratcliffe’s possible embellishment of the facts comes despite the senator’s own embellishment issues.

Blumenthal repeatedly claimed in speeches to have served Vietnam — but he never did.

“He obtained at least five military deferments from 1965 to 1970 and took repeated steps that enabled him to avoid going to war, according to records,” The NYT reported in 2010.
