The DOJ claims that Biden authorized the agent to inspect his residence.

A fourth batch of missing sensitive documents was found during Friday’s FBI raid of President Biden’s home.

Although it was never made apparent who had begun the inquiry, the Justice Department previously claimed that the 13-hour search of Biden’s residence in Wilmington, Delaware, was “consensual.” NBC News has received confirmation from multiple White House sources that the administration initiated the search.

Since last November, when a previous batch of documents was discovered at Biden’s Wilmington home, this is the third group to surface.

On January 23, 2023, an assistant U.S. attorney for Illinois’s Northern District called, Joseph D. Fitzpatrick informed Fox News that the FBI had conducted a “planned, agreed search” of the White House in Wilmington, Delaware on January 20, 2023, with the knowledge of the President.

Agents from the FBI and other departments of the Department of Justice arrived at Biden’s house around 9:45 a.m. and stayed until 10:30 p.m. Lausch was in charge of the group’s overall operations. Robert Hur, the special counsel, plays a significant part in the inquiry even though he is still learning the ropes.

Biden’s attorney, Bob Bauer, reaffirmed that the White House had provided full cooperation to the DOJ’s inquiry this past Saturday.

According to Bauer, at first, the President strongly suggested that his legal staff collaborate with the Department of Justice. Thus, after discovering and revealing to the DOJ a few sensitive documents at the President’s Wilmington home.

He said to move things along as quickly as possible, “We agreed to provide immediate access to his residence to allow DOJ to investigate the whole premises for potential vice-presidential records and sensitive material.”

After a search, the Department of Justice took possession of six “classified” artifacts. This is the fourth collection of secret files related to Biden’s time in the Senate; the prior three dealt with his tenure as vice president.

The address of the residence where the papers were discovered remains to be determined. Biden’s garage was the last safe refuge.
