Trump Calls Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg To Resign: ‘Indict Himself’

On Monday night, Donald Trump exploded in rage after learning that information about his charge had been released ‘illegally,’ and he called for the resignation of the district attorney in Manhattan as a result.

Ahead of today’s historic hearing, Trump, who is staying at Trump Tower in New York City, called for DA Alvin Bragg to pursue himself after Bragg reportedly gave the prosecution plans to Yahoo writer Michael Isikoff, whom Trump also assailed.

According to the new information, Trump will be charged with 34 separate crimes tomorrow. The accusations were also detailed; they are scheduled to be released on Tuesday. Although it contained some information that was already public knowledge, Trump still used it as an opportunity to attack the historic criminal accusations that had him return to his birthplace to turn himself in to authorities.

According to Yahoo, after Trump, 76, has his judicial session, he will not be handcuffed, taken to prison, or made to pose for a mugshot.

The former president posted an incriminating message on his Truth Social, saying, “Wow! A full and detailed summary of the pathetic Indictment against me was just criminally LEAKED by District Attorney Bragg. Unfortunately, the reporter and I share a mutual acquaintance.

This calls for an immediate indictment of the suspect. If he is truly concerned with restoring his image, he will now do the right thing and, in his capacity as District Attorney, INDICT HIMSELF.

I’m confident his Trump-hating wife will be very proud of him and he’ll have a place in judicial annals.

Trump has not stopped criticizing Bragg and has now called for his resignation.

The 76-year-old man claimed that D.A. BRAGG had illegally revealed the 33 charges against him.

Nothing has changed or is new from the documents he released from the Grand Jury a few days ago. Trump did nothing wrong.

What a CHAOS. Immediately, Bragg must step down.

Trump’s campaign said he had collected $8 million since the indictment news emerged last week, which coincided with the explosions. He has previously stated that the presiding judge ‘hates’ the Trump Organization because of another legal case the judge presided over involving the company.

Trump has been critical of Jamila Ponton-Bragg, Bragg’s wife of 20 years, for several days, alleging that she was a major influence in her husband’s choice to file charges.

Trump posted on Truth Social last week that DA Alvin Bragg’s wife Jamila shared a story claiming that her husband “has Trump nailed on felonies” in March 2022, before the Manhattan grand jury started reviewing evidence.

Jamila Bragg has decided to restrict access to her Twitter feed.

On Thursday, prosecutors formally charged Trump with obstruction of justice.

It was also generally speculated that Trump would refuse to have his mugshot taken or be restrained out of concern that it would be made public. Unlike many other jurisdictions, mugshots are not available to the public in New York.

Former NBC News national investigative journalist turned seasoned reporter Michael Isikoff now works for Yahoo News. His previous reputation stemmed from his time at Newsweek, where he gained notoriety for his coverage of the War on Terror.

When Newsweek’s editors refused to publish his story about Monica Lewinsky’s romance with Bill Clinton, he posted it on the Drudge Report the following day.

Isikoff predicted 34 accusations against Trump in his Monday evening story. According to him, it would be a federal crime to tamper with financial documents in any way.

The journalist’s “source who has been briefed on the procedures for the arraignment of the former president” provided the information.
