Arnold Schwarzenegger Makes Bold Prediction For Donald Trump

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former governor of California, said in an interview last week that he thinks the Republicans will make a big mistake if Donald Trump becomes the party’s choice again, because he will lose the general election to President Joe Biden.

Schwarzenegger told CNN’s Dana Bash that “no one” in the media reported the riot on January 6th properly because the focus was on “Oh, let’s get those right-wingers. Let’s throw them in prison.”

“But no one has really asked why it was like that.” Schwarzenegger said. “What rights do people have that make them so angry and upset with the government?” Schwarzenegger said.

Schwarzenegger said that false claims about the 2020 election were just “the straw that broke the camel’s back,” and that those claims alone were not enough to get people to drive to Washington, D.C.

“I think it was such a huge disappointment that it’s hard to believe,” he said. “Everyone is angry.”

Schwarzenegger said he wasn’t worried that Trump is leading the GOP primary polls for 2024 because he doesn’t think Trump can win the White House again.

“He’s going to go, and he might get the Republican nod. Then, when it comes to the real election, too many people have seen what he did as President, and I think that on Election Day, the majority will be able to tell the difference between the two,” he said. “Don’t think I’m the first person to say, ‘Hey, it’s great to have Biden back as president.'”
