Source Reveals Real Reason Behind Harry and Meghan’s ‘Car Chase’

Sources reveal that Harry and Meghan’s recent chaotic car chase was the result of their reluctance to spend money on accommodations during their visit to New York City.

The entitled couple allegedly sought a discounted rate at the prestigious Carlyle hotel, known for being a favorite of the late Princess Diana. However, the hotel management declined their request, prompting the duo to opt for staying at a friend’s apartment on the Upper East Side.

Concerned about attracting paparazzi to their temporary residence, Harry and Meghan became increasingly alarmed when they noticed they were being followed by photographers after leaving the Ziegfeld Theater. The pursuit continued for nearly two hours, causing distress to the couple and their representative described the incident as “near-catastrophic.”

Law enforcement sources expressed their frustration, highlighting that the entire hazardous chase could have been avoided if Harry and Meghan had simply chosen to pay for a safe and secure hotel room. It was reported that the couple had previously stayed at the Carlyle, where rooms can cost up to $6,000 a night.

Given their substantial financial resources, including a reported $100 million deal with Netflix, it is perplexing that they would be unwilling to pay for suitable accommodations.

During the pursuit, Harry, Meghan, and Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, hopped into an SUV after attending the Women of Vision celebration, where Meghan received an award from Gloria Steinem. In an attempt to elude the photographers, they sought refuge at the New York Police Department’s 19th Precinct before eventually escaping in a yellow cab.

The incident, described by the couple’s spokesperson as “near-catastrophic,” reportedly endangered the lives of pedestrians, other drivers on the road, and even two NYPD officers. While public figures like Harry and Meghan face scrutiny and attention, their safety should never be compromised.

Contrary to the couple’s claims of being pursued for two hours, witnesses later contradicted their account. The New York Police Department confirmed that the couple arrived safely at their destination without any collisions, injuries, summonses, or arrests.

Unnamed law enforcement sources criticized Harry and Meghan for endangering innocent individuals due to their unwillingness to spend adequately on security. The sources emphasized the need for the couple to take responsible measures to ensure their own safety and that of others, suggesting that they should accept the reality of being photographed and followed in a city like New York.

Neither the royal couple nor representatives from the Carlyle hotel responded to requests for comment on the matter.
