Paris Hilton has shown unwavering support and love for her 9-month-old son, Phoenix, in the face of hurtful comments and criticism from social media users. Last week, Paris Hilton shared new photos of her son on social media, and some users began to make comments about the child’s health, with one person inquiring about potential encephalitis and others mocking his appearance.

On Monday, Paris Hilton took to her Instagram story to express her sadness and disapproval of the hateful comments, emphasizing that “targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable.” Hilton went on to share that she has worked hard to create an environment of love, respect, and acceptance and expects the same in return. She mentioned that, as a working mom, she often faces criticism whether she posts pictures of her child or not.

Paris Hilton strongly defended her baby, stating that Phoenix is “perfectly healthy, adorable, and angelic.” She expressed her deep love for her son and her long-held dream of becoming a mother. In closing, she hoped for more kindness and empathy in how people treat one another.

Support for Paris Hilton and her son poured in through numerous comments on her post, with many condemning those who chose to criticize a baby. Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed Phoenix via surrogate in January, and Hilton has expressed her desire to have more children in the future.
