Prosecutors Reveal Cocain Residue in Hunter Biden’s Gun Pouch

President Joe Biden’s son Hunter is presently being investigated by federal authorities for allegedly using a leather pouch to store his gun that tested positive for cocaine residue. The assertion first came to light during Biden’s continuing court battle over federal firearms charges.

Prosecutors attempted to oppose Hunter Biden’s attempts to have the gun charges dropped during a court hearing. They produced evidence that appeared to indicate that Biden’s brown leather gun pouch contained cocaine. The prosecution rejects Biden’s argument that he is the object of political persecution, stating that the evidence against him is “overwhelming.”

The presence of cocaine residue was discovered after an FBI chemist examined a bag that was taken from a state police vault the previous year. This evolution is a component of a more extensive legal proceeding against Hunter Biden, who entered a not guilty plea in October before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. These allegations include giving false information to a federal guns license dealer, lying during the firearm purchase process, and having a firearm in the hands of someone who is an illegal user or controlled substance addict.

Hunter Biden has openly disclosed his battles with crack cocaine addiction, especially in the year in question, 2018. His lawyers, however, insist that he did not break any laws. Biden states that he has stopped using drugs since then and is making efforts to change his life.

The indictment against Hunter Biden describes his October 2018 purchase of a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver and makes false claims that he was neither addicted to or an illegal user of any controlled substance. Because of the participation of President Biden’s son and the continuing discussions in the US about drug misuse and gun restriction, this case receives extra attention.
