Former President Donald Trump has issued a strong warning, suggesting that the world is on the brink of World War Three, attributing the rising global tensions to President Joe Biden’s policies. Trump’s alarming statement came in the wake of a deadly drone strike in Jordan that claimed the lives of three American soldiers.

Trump took to his social media platform, Truth Social, to express his concerns and lay blame on Biden’s administration for the attack in Jordan. He condemned the administration’s “weakness and surrender,” asserting that such an attack “would NEVER have happened” under his presidency. Trump specifically referred to the recent suicide drone strike on a U.S. military installation near the Syrian border as a direct consequence of Biden’s approach to international affairs.

The former president went on to argue that he had left Iran “weak, broke, and totally under control” at the end of his term. He criticized Biden for allegedly giving billions of dollars to Iran, which Trump claimed were used to fund terrorism and spread chaos in the Middle East.

Trump’s post followed the Pentagon’s confirmation of the attack in Jordan, which also resulted in the injury of 34 other service members. He expressed his sympathies to the families of the deceased and emphasized the need for a return to his policy of “Peace Through Strength.”

The Biden administration, in response, has denied Trump’s accusations and defended its approach to national security. Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates refuted the politicization of national security issues and emphasized Biden’s decisive actions against Iranian-backed groups, including multiple airstrikes. Bates also called on congressional Republicans to support Biden’s retaliation against the groups responsible for the attack.

The former president’s comments have added to the heated debate over U.S. foreign policy and its handling of threats in the Middle East. With Biden’s administration facing criticism from various quarters, including the mainstream press, the drone strike in Jordan has become a focal point for discussions about America’s global military strategy and its effectiveness in deterring hostile actions.
