In the wake of the tragic Parkland mass shooting, an unfair (at least in my opinion) campaign has bee waged against the NRA. It’s not necessarily new, attacks on the NRA, but the Left is taking full advantage of the situation.
Make no mistake, Lefties don’t REALLY care it’s all just to push their own agenda. For some reason, they’ve managed to get people to believe that the NRA is responsible for not just this mass shooting but in essence all mass shootings.
It may sound cliche but we blame the PERSON for drunk driving, not the liquor. We blame the PERSON in a bombing, not the chemicals. But when it comes to mass shootings, we blame everyone else?
With that, a number of companies have decided to drop their support and sponsorship for the National Rifle Association and unfairly so if you ask me.
Enterprise Holdings, which runs the Enterprise, Alamo and National car rental groups, have stated that they’re ending their discount deal for NRA members as of March 26th, 2018.
Hertz, a competing car rental company, stated in a tweet that they too will be ending their NRA rental discount. “We have notified the NRA that we are ending the NRA’s rental car discount program with Hertz.”

The First National Bank of Omaha, which issues out NRA-branded Visa cards, have stated that they will not renew the contract for this, citing “customer feedback”.
The company that owns both Avis and Budget have declared that they will no longer discount their services to NRA members as of yesterday. In an email to CNNMoney they said: “Effective March 26, our brands will no longer provide the NRA member discount,” an Avis Budget Group spokesperson said via email.
The insurance company MetLife came out swinging Friday as well, ending their discount for NRA members via Twitter: “We value all our customers but have decided to end our discount program with the NRA.”

Sirva, owners of moving van companies Allied and North American, also stated that they will “no longer have an affiliate relationship with the NRA effective immediately.” “We have asked them to remove our listing from their benefits site,” a spokesperson added.
And finally, so far, Symantec, creators of the Norton anti-virus software, stated that they are severing all ties with the NRA.
It’s utterly and absolutely that any of these companies are buying into the alt-left believe that the NRA is somehow responsible for these tragic events. What happened to personal responsibility?
