Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City, was engaged in a serious rear-end crash on Interstate 93 in New Hampshire after stopping to help a woman who was reporting domestic abuse. Michael Ragusa, his spokesperson, revealed that Giuliani suffered scratches, bruises, and wounds to his arm and leg in addition to a fractured thoracic vertebra. He is in the hospital right now and getting better.
Authorities deduced that the accident had nothing to do with the domestic abuse incident he assisted with. To put an end to rumors of a conspiracy and to highlight the incident’s regrettable but commonplace nature, Ragusa stressed that the crash was not an attack.
