Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was spotted attending a minor league baseball game in Manchester, New Hampshire, alongside nurse practitioner Maria Ryan—just hours before he sustained serious injuries in a car accident.
During the outing, the pair appeared engaged and relaxed, sharing attention on a phone screen. Later that evening, Giuliani’s rented SUV was rear-ended at high speed on Interstate 93, resulting in significant injuries including a fractured vertebra and lacerations to his arm and leg. His driver was also hurt in the crash.
At the hospital, Maria Ryan—long rumored to be more than a companion—stepped in to oversee Giuliani’s medical care. While speculation about their relationship persists, Giuliani’s representative emphasized that Ryan’s role is strictly professional, focused solely on ensuring his recovery.
