In her first public appearance since her husband’s murder, Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, gave a moving speech at the headquarters of Turning Point USA. “His enemies may have silenced his voice, but they could never silence his cause,” she said, addressing supporters.
Those behind the murder had “no idea what you have just unleashed across this entire country,” Erika added resolutely. She promised that her husband will continue to work harder than ever to spread faith and patriotism.
Erika affirmed that the annual “America Fest” conference and Turning Point USA’s fall campus tour will continue. She also disclosed that, as part of Charlie’s lasting legacy, his radio show and podcast will continue.
She commended law enforcement for their reaction and national leaders for their support, especially Vice President J.D. Vance and President Donald Trump. Despite the sadness, Erika assured fans that her husband’s goal would continue “stronger, bolder, louder, and greater than ever.”
