The footage reveals one suspect repeatedly striking another before a third participant becomes involved, with the chaotic clash continuing for about ten minutes and spilling into traffic. Two of the teens fled the scene on electric bikes before police arrived.
One 18-year-old was seriously injured and later arrested, charged with using a blade to threaten someone in public. Local authorities have not yet issued a formal statement about the incident.
