A woman who says she was abused by Jeffrey Epstein is now alleging in a newly filed lawsuit that she bore his child and that the infant was taken from her shortly after birth without her consent.
The plaintiff, an immigrant identified as Karyna Shuliak, claims that the relationship with Epstein began when she was a minor and culminated in a pregnancy she says was fathered by him. She asserts that immediately following delivery, her newborn was removed from her care under circumstances she describes as coercive and traumatic.
According to the complaint, Epstein or his associates orchestrated the separation, and the lawsuit details a broader pattern of exploitation. The filing also refers to other children who were allegedly fathered by Epstein, though specific identities are not publicly disclosed.
The suit is being brought against Epstein’s estate and associated entities, as Shuliak seeks damages and accountability for what she characterizes as violations of her rights and those of her child. Her legal team says the case raises serious questions about how Epstein and his circle operated behind the scenes.
Epstein died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Since his death, numerous civil lawsuits have been pursued by alleged victims and their families, many seeking financial restitution and greater transparency about his activities and network.
This latest legal action adds to a growing number of claims linked to Epstein’s conduct and the long-term impact on survivors. Court proceedings are expected to unfold as the plaintiff’s case moves through the judicial system.
