A volunteer for the campaign of Republican Florida Senator Marco Rubio was severely attacked while out on the campaign trail in the Hialeah area, causing him to suffer a broken jaw and internal bleeding.

The Democratic representative, Val Demings, will challenge incumbent Senator Bill Nelson in just two weeks (D-FL). Senator Nelson claims that four people confronted the canvasser and made it clear that Republicans were not welcome in their community. In addition to requiring facial reconstruction, the individual was wearing a Ron DeSantis campaign cap and a Marco Rubio shirt (R).

Last night, a canvasser was attacked in #Hialeah #Florida for wearing my T-shirt and a DeSantis cap, and four animals apparently informed him that Republicans weren’t welcome in the region. Rubio said the victim “suffered an internal hemorrhage, a cracked jaw, and will need facial reconstruction surgery,” alongside photos showing the guy with a black eye and blood pouring down his face.

After Vice President Biden has already called MAGA Republicans a “threat to the country,” they go on the offensive.

“There is no question that the Republican Party now is dominated, pushed, and frightened by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans,” Biden stated. He continued by saying that the fanaticism of Trump and the MAGA Republicans is a danger to the fundamental fabric of our nation.

“Democrats, independents, mainstream Republicans: We must be stronger, more determined, and more committed than MAGA Republicans are to — to destroying American democracy,” he pleaded for the survival of the American political system.

Democrat Charlie Crist, who is running against Republican Ron DeSantis for governor of Florida this year, praised Biden, saying he was “so dang proud” of Biden for denouncing millions of Americans.

Democratic Ohio Senate candidate Rep. Tim Ryan is one of numerous who have embraced such inflammatory language (D-OH). He took a lot of heat after his comments on the “extreme” MAGA movement and his demand for Democrats to “murder and face” its supporters.
