ACLJ Sues the Deep State Over Bogus Hillary Investigations

The ACLJ (American Center for Law and Justice…the conservative version of the ACLU) is suing the Department of State, the Department of Justice, the FBI and the US Treasury over the scam Hillary investigations.

The ACLJ had put in a request for documents pertaining to the Uranium One scandal. They actually filed two lawsuits. One over Uranium One and one over Hillary’s illegal server and how the investigation was handled by the FBI and DOJ.

     The statement from ACLJ notes:

“The FBI was investigating bribes, kickbacks and racketeering by the Russian conglomerate’s American subsidiary calculated to compromise contracts in the American nuclear energy industry and the Attorney General’s representative sat on CFIUS.”

The ACLJ states that by allowing Russia, an unfriendly country, was able to practically corner the market on uranium after the deal was complete. The deal was definitely not in our best interests, so it’s important to find out why it was approved. Either pressure from above or cash payments were involved somehow.

If it was for money, it’s treason.

    From the Gateway Pundit

“The ACLJ’s FOIA, and now the resulting lawsuit, seeks information that would shed light on this ill-advised—and, frankly, foolish—deal approved by CFIUS. Specifically, the information the ACLJ has demanded in its FOIA request will reveal just how much information the Obama FBI/DOJ provided to members of the CFIUS before its approval of the deal, as well as the validity of reports that Russia tried to bribe Hillary Clinton,” the statement asserts.

An FBI informant who was involved in the Uranium One deal was gagged by the Obama administration and threatened with prosecution if he publicly disclosed any details has alleged that Russian nuclear officials “told [him] at various times that they expected APCO to apply a portion of its funds received from Russia to provide in-kind support for the Clintons’ Global Initiative.”

The ACLJ sent the following to three congressional committees:

“APCO was expected to give assistance free of charge to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of their effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration made affirmative decisions on everything from Uranium One to the US-Russia Civilian Nuclear Cooperation agreement,” he wrote in a 10-page statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee, House Intelligence Committee, and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

Sooner or later the truth will come out and James Comey and Loretta Lynch won’t be there to cover up the crimes.
