John Brennan could be in a world of hurt today unless told Durham the entire truth during questioning, in which case he is beyond a world of hurt if he didn’t lie. People are mad as hell against John Durham because Brennan’s spokesman told reporters that Brennan was told he was not the target of the investigation.
But neither Durham or anyone on his staff has made the claim Brennan isn’t a target. Let me explain something about the law to you. If you tell someone they are a target of your investigation, they do not have to answer even one of your questions.Someone can always be made a target at a later time.
I don’t pretend to know what is the truth but I will wait until all the cards have been played before I complain. But if no one goes to jail, it might be a marathon expletive rant from me. John Brennan should at the end of the Day be target number one.

DiGenova discussed the Durham investigation and said that Durham was building a conspiracy case and anyone who lied to the court will be indicted for obstruction of justice charges:
The bottom line is this, it’s unfolding and what’s happening is, what Durham is actually doing is he’s painting a picture and not everyone of these acts is going to be a specific separate crime. But they are going to be, what’s called overt acts in a conspiracy. One to defraud the United States government. One to deny the civil rights of Trump and Flynn and Page and a bunch of other people.
