Biden Admits Being ‘Confused’ At Children’s Press Conference

At ‘take your child to work day’ at the White House, kids asked President Joe Biden a lot of questions. He stumbled through answers about his grandkids, Top Gun, and the last country he went to.

The 80-year-old man was surrounded by kids dressed as Secret Service agents. The kids had to finish his answers, and he said he was “confused” until one of the kids told him it might be time to go back to the Oval Office.

It was the first time he had been questioned since a reporter from the LA Times saw him using a cheat sheet during a press meeting.

Biden had a hard time answering easy questions about everything from his favorite color to his favorite type of ice cream.

Then, when he tried to say where all six of his grandkids live, he had to think twice.

‘I left somebody out… I said five… six? I have one in New York and two or three in Philadelphia. Three? I’m not sure… You threw me off… He said, “They’re around.”

Biden said, “One granddaughter lives in Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia.” He spoke slowly because he knew there were kids of different ages in the room. “One of my grandchildren lives in New York. In Washington, one of my granddaughters lives. The city of Wilmington, Delaware, is home to one granddaughter. My grandson, who is the other grandson, lives in California.’

‘But I left somebody out, didn’t I? Anyway,’ Biden said.

One he didn’t talk about is Navy Joan Roberts, a 4-year-old girl whose father, Hunter Biden, and mother, Lunden Roberts, are fighting over child support.

Then he turned it into a pop quiz by going over the places again. The cities of Philadelphia, Wilmington,… You’re right, I did say five.

He stopped himself and said, “One in New York and two in Philadelphia.” Then he moved on to the next question.

Then, he made a mistake when a child asked him a simple question about the last place he visited as president.

Instead, he talked about how many world leaders he has met since becoming president.

“The last country I went to must have been the last one I was in. I’ve been to 89 so far.”

After a short pause, a kid finally yelled “Ireland!” This is Biden’s family home, which he visited earlier this month.

Biden said, “You’re right, Ireland.” “That’s where it used to be.”
