These are the top 11 suspects in the FISA abuse case. He has assigned IG Michael Horowitz to run the investigation and if he performs the same way he has in the investigation into the FBI and DOJ, there are eleven very scared people out there right now.

The issue here is multi-faceted. The most important of which is how the Hillary dossier came to be and why various members of the FBI and the DOJ withheld vital information from the FISA judge. Swearing that a FISA application when you know the facts are either wrong or unsubstantiated can get you locked up for five years per offense.
James Comey potentially committed three offenses.

The Democrats tried to downplay the role the Hillary dossier played in getting the FISA warrant, even though Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe said it would have been impossible to get the warrant without the dossier. Both the FBI and the DOJ knew the origin of the dossier but neither told the judge what they knew.
