Judicial Watch (JW) has done it yet again. They have convinced a federal judge that it is necessary for Hillary to sit down with Tom Fitton and his JW team for a deposition on Benghazi and the email scandal. She will have to testify under oath. The over and under betting odds are 100 “I don’t recalls.” But, somehow, I don’t think Fitton will accept that and she could be in for some very tough grilling.
Hillary did answer written questions but the answers were very misleading and left them with more questions than answers. I would suggest that Hillary is between a rock and a hard place. If she answers truthfully, she could go to prison and if she obfuscates again she will be in trouble with the judge whom has totally run out of patience with her and she could still go to jail.
The questions on Benghazi could be her worst problem since it is now common knowledge that everyone knew it was a terror attack within mere moments of when it first started. She will also have to explain why she turned the embassy down for more security and why she hired Libyans to guard the compound.
