Cease and Desist Sent To Trump By Hunter Biden’s Lawyer Due to Posts from Truth Social

In a notable development, Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, reportedly sent a cease and desist letter to former President Donald Trump regarding his remarks about Hunter on social media platforms. The letter, as detailed by attorney Lowell, emphasized the potential danger posed to Hunter Biden’s safety due to Trump’s posts, urging the former president to recognize the harm caused by his words.

Lowell’s letter highlighted the significance of the situation, stressing that another incident could arise with just one ill-advised social media message. The lawyer called upon Trump to take immediate action to prevent further harm, asserting that his previous statements had already caused damage.

Additionally, the letter disputed Trump’s claims made on social media regarding the cocaine discovered at the White House. Lowell clarified that at the time of the cocaine’s discovery on July 2, the Biden family was present at Camp David, rendering any suggestions linking them to the incident baseless.

Lowell pointed out that neither Hunter Biden nor any member of the Biden family had been accused of or involved in the charges Trump was asserting. Furthermore, he highlighted the factual inaccuracy of the claim that the Biden family was near the White House or in its vestibule during the period when the cocaine was found.

Trump had made several posts on his Truth Social platform regarding Hunter Biden. On July 5, he questioned whether anyone believed that the cocaine found at the White House could belong to anyone other than Hunter and Joe Biden. On July 10, he claimed that the Secret Service had absolute knowledge of the cocaine’s owner, insinuating it was intended for Hunter and potentially implicating Joe Biden as well.

The Secret Service recently concluded its investigation into the cocaine discovery on July 2 within the West Wing of the White House. However, due to a lack of physical evidence, no suspects were named in the investigation.

The Washington Examiner reached out to both Abbe Lowell and the Trump campaign for confirmation and comment regarding the cease and desist letter.
