A Frontier Airlines flight arriving in Baltimore turned chaotic after a passenger allegedly refused to leave her seat, halting the entire deplaning process and sparking a heated confrontation captured on video.

The incident occurred shortly after landing at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, when the woman, whose identity has not been released, stood in the aisle and refused to move until her daughter—seated several rows behind her—was allowed to disembark first. Passengers recorded the escalating exchange, showing the woman arguing with both crew members and fellow travelers who urged her to cooperate.

Witnesses said the woman blocked the aisle and repeatedly shouted that no one would get off the plane until her daughter reached her row. Several passengers expressed frustration, while flight attendants attempted to calm the situation and prevent further escalation. The woman reportedly accused others of being disrespectful and insisted that her actions were justified.

Eventually, the crew managed to de-escalate the conflict, convincing the woman to move aside so that other passengers could exit. Applause reportedly broke out once she finally complied, allowing the long-delayed deboarding to resume.

Frontier Airlines has not yet issued a formal statement regarding the incident, but videos of the confrontation have circulated widely online, drawing mixed reactions from viewers. Some criticized the passenger’s behavior as disruptive and inconsiderate, while others questioned whether the airline staff could have handled the situation differently.

Airport authorities did not confirm whether any disciplinary action was taken against the woman, but no injuries or arrests were reported. The incident adds to a growing number of tense exchanges captured on flights nationwide, highlighting the ongoing challenge airlines face in maintaining order amid increasing passenger conflicts.
