Chris Christie Comments On Trump 2024: ‘It’s Not Gonna End Nicely’

Former New Jersey governor Chris Christie said on Monday that he plans to challenge Trump in the presidential election in 2024.

Christie made these remarks at a talk at St. Anselm College in New Hampshire. Christie spent more time campaigning in New Hampshire than any other GOP candidate in 2016, but his efforts were unsuccessful.

To defeat Trump, Christie said, “You better have someone on that stage who can do to him what I did to Marco.” He was discussing his harsh criticism of Republican Senator from Florida Marco Rubio during their debates. You need to be confident in your abilities and not be scared of him, as he will retaliate in kind.

The conclusion, according to Christie, “is not going to be calm and quiet” for Trump.

Even if he were to pick up running again, he remarked, “I can’t imagine I’d keep doing it the same way.” If I decide to run again, I can only hope that you make a wiser choice than you did the last time.

According to media reports, the crowd roared with laughter at Christie’s remarks.

Even though he hasn’t officially declared his candidacy, surveys show that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is far and away the frontrunner for the Republican nomination for president in 2024.

The New Hampshire primary is on Tuesday, and Christie told Fox News that he wanted to go there to speak with people “who I know are the best-informed voters in the country about things that I think are important in the world and in our country right now — and to see how they react to that, and to see what they think of things that I think are important.”

Christie said that he “had a lot of interesting conversations with donors over the last few weeks,” but that he has not yet chosen whether or not to run for office.
