Remember when President Trump tough talked North Korea? All the media mocked him and said he was pushing the United States to the brink of war. The last three presidents all took a different approach in which they tried to bribe them off.
That was an unmitigated disaster. Bill Clinton gave N Korea two nuclear reactors, fuel and 250 million in cash in exchange for a promise they wouldn’t build nuclear weapons. How did that one turn out? Meanwhile, President stayed the course because he understood what no Democrat or liberal “military expert” or media person could understand. Dictators want to stay in power.
When push comes to shove, they back down.
Now, we are about to enter into talks with North Korea for the purpose of talking them into disposing of their nuclear weapons. One thing we can be sure of is that this president would never sign an agreement that doesn’t allow us to verify their compliance and instead forces us to trust them like Obama signed with Iran. North Korea will have demands they will make of us in order to end their nuclear program. There are a lot of things we can do to aid them without helping them gain military power.
We could send them agricultural experts to aid them in increasing crop output and the like.
Now, the media is claiming that Trump got snookered by Kim Jong Un. But they can’t seem to come up with a comprehensible reason why they think that. They and their “experts” claim that this is a huge victory for Kim. Why?
All he did was blink first. It’s all part of the Trump derangement syndrome that they all seem to suffer from.
