Congressman Announces Plan To Nominate President Trump For MAJOR Award

Congressman Luke Messer (R) Ind has declared that he is nominating President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize for finally helping to end the 65-year-old Korean War and the treaty signed between North and South Korea to denuclearize the Korean peninsula.

Up till now, North Korea would roar and whoever the president was would throw many at them to quiet them down. President Trump went right at them and gave every bit as much as he got and viola, it’s a brand new day. The sun is shining and the birds are singing and suddenly the entire world became a safer place to live in.

If Barack Obama had accomplished this, he would be on the front page of every newspaper and the cover of every magazine. He would be declared the greatest president that ever lived. Now, watch what happens. The media will give the president no credit. They will either give the credit to China or to Kim Jong un himself. If they give Trump the credit it makes him tougher to beat in 2020. They made that mistake with Reagan and he won 49 of the 50 states. They won’t do that with President Trump.

We saw that Obama’s leading from behind strategy was a failure but Trump’s peace through strength has gotten results. My advice to the president is to not move his other awards yet because the Nobel committee avoids handing awards out to conservatives.

“I plan to nominate @realDonaldTrump for the Nobel Peace Prize. We are seeing unprecedented progress toward peace, and it’s a direct result of @POTUS‘ strong leadership.”

As a member of Congress, Messer is actively gathering support from his colleagues to nominate the President for the 2019 Nobel Peace Prize, the press release stated.

President Obama previously received a Nobel Peace Prize, for no real reason.

As Fox News has noted, the former secretary of the Nobel Institute, acknowledged in 2015 that the prize was awarded prematurely to President Obama – “for achievements the institute hoped Obama would achieve, rather than for what he had actually accomplished.”
