Could We Have Maxine Waters as Speaker of the House? Maybe…

The CBC (Congressional Black Caucus) has announced that if the Democrats win in November, they want a black man or-or woman as Speaker of the House. So the possibility that Maxine Waters becoming Speaker is not out of the question.

The CBC has about 45 Democratic members and there are an additional 31 who say they will not vote for Nancy Pelosi. And all of the Hispanics on the House could very well vote with the CBC. Add to that all of the members who are afraid to be called racists and there is a very good chance that they could win the Speakership and if they do, why not Waters. Sure, I know she’s crazy but they don’t care.

    From Breitbart News

The Congressional Black Caucus is reportedly planning to challenge House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for the position of Speaker of the House after the November midterm elections — assuming Democrats win the majority.

In May, Pelosi, 78, declared that she intended to reclaim the Speaker’s gavel if Democrats won. “We will win. I will run for speaker. I feel confident about it. And my members do, too,” Pelosi told the Boston Globe. In February, she showed that she still has the sheer physical stamina for the job by staging a record-setting eight-hour-plus speech on the floor of the House of Representatives. And she remains one of the Democratic Party’s most important fundraisers, meaning that many members feel they owe her their positions.

Here is a list of Reps who have said they will not support Nancy Pelosi:

“Right now I’m counting THIRTY-ONE House Dem candidates who have publicly said they won’t back @NancyPelosi for speaker — that’s not including those who lost in primaries. Worth noting that 21 of them are in @DCCC‘s Red to Blue. The running list:”

Every Republican ad should feature a picture of Maxine Waters as Speaker of the House. If they do that, we can’t lose.
