After the DOJ dropped all charges against Gen Michael Flynn after evidence emerged that although he committed no crimes, The Deep State and crooked cop Robert Mueller tried to destroy an American hero, the crooked judge Emmet Sullivan refused to drop the charges and actually took steps to prosecute Flynn anyway. His actions were not only unprecedented, they were corrupt. asking for amicus briefs to help find a path to prosecution flies against a unanimous Supreme Court ruling.
Now, it is Sullivan who is on the hot seat and he’d better have a pretty good excuse for ignoring the law in order to go on a personal crusade. In my mind, Sullivan should be tossed off the bench and never again be allowed to judge anything more serious than a baby beauty pageant. Yank his pension and let him slink away to contemplate the tragedy that his life has become.

On Thursday the DC Circuit Court ordered rogue Judge Emmet Sullivan to respond to General Flynn’s Petition for Writ of Mandamus by June 1, 2020.
This comes after Judge Emmet Sullivan REFUSED to drop the case against General Flynn even though the US Government prosecutors dropped ALL CHARGES against the Three-Star General.
The Barr Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last Thursday after bombshell documents were released that proved he was framed by Comey’s FBI.
But last Tuesday the Clinton-appointed Judge Emmet Sullivan made a dirty, political move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn.
Today the judges ordered Judge Sullivan to “file a response addressing (Flynn’s) request that this court order the district judge to grant the government’s motion to dismiss.”
