This week, after the tech entrepreneur Bob Lee was killed, the famous singer and record producer David Foster spoke out against San Francisco’s “liberal” politicians.
Lee, a 43-year-old father of two who helped start Cash App, was stabbed to death around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday in San Francisco’s rich Rincon Hill area. People in the tech world are shocked and worried about how safe the city is.
Foster, who is 42 years old, posted a picture from The Post about Lee’s last hours on her Instagram Story on Thursday. In the shots, Lee can be seen smiling and laughing with his two young children.
She just wrote, “I don’t know what to say,” in an email. Everyone in San Francisco is a bad person. I’m a registered Democrat, so I’m not afraid to say that leaders on the left are killing places.
“Disgusting. She told the family how sorry she was about their loss.
The singer and actor’s father, David Foster, has worked in the music business for more than 50 years. During that time, he has worked with Whitney Houston, Dolly Parton, Paul McCartney, Chicago, Kenny Loggins, Celine Dion, and many others. He has won a total of 16 Grammy Awards.
Fox News says that Foster backed rich businessman Rick Caruso, who ran for mayor of Los Angeles but lost, during a “ask me anything” session on Instagram last year.
Lee has lived in the Bay Area all his life, but his friend Jake Shields says that Lee just moved to Miami because he saw San Francisco “deteriorating.”
Lee was hit, and security footage shows that he asked a stranger for help before the stranger drove away.
Lee called 911 in a panic at 2:34 a.m. and said he had been stabbed and needed help right away.
The police found Lee unconscious and with two stab wounds to the chest less than six minutes later. He was taken right away to the emergency room, but it was already too late.
The police haven’t found or caught any offenders yet.
