    Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch (JW) filed a Freedom of Information Act requests for records of Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on December 4th, 2017. JW then filed a lawsuit since the DOJ did not answer the FOIA request. This has been an ongoing operation by the Deep State in order to hide information that could hurt Mueller and the Democrats.

    The information JW requested:

    Via Judicial Watch:

    (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit against the Justice Department for text messages and other records of FBI official Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00154)).

    Judicial Watch filed suit after the Justice Department failed to respond to a December 4, 2017, FOIA request for:

    • All records of communications, including but not limited to, emails, text messages and instant chats, between FBI official Peter Strozk and FBI attorney Lisa Page;
    • All travel requests, travel authorizations, travel vouchers and expense reports of Peter Strozk;
    • All travel requests, travel authorizations, travel vouchers and expense reports of Lisa Page.

    The time frame for the requested records is February 1, 2015 to the present.

    The text messages are of public interest because Strzok and Page were key investigators in the Clinton email and Trump Russia collusion investigations.

    “FBI just told @JudicialWatch it needs at least three years to process and turn over releasable anti-@RealDonaldTrump Strzok-Page communications. Outrageous. Background below:”

    Fitton has now called on AG Jeff Sessions to send in federal marshals in order to preserve the evidence before Rod Rosenstein orders it destroyed. He then says that if he doesn’t President Donald Trump should.

    “In response to FBI “missing” texts scandal, AG Sessions should direct U.S. Marshals to take steps to seize, secure and preserve necessary computer evidence at FBI. And if AG doesn’t act, @RealDonaldTrump should order it be done.”
