Just as we’ve suspected all along, despite their denials, the FBI and the DOJ intentionally withheld from the judges that the Hillary dossier was a paid opposition research document, filled with lies and innuendo. The applications referred to the law firm working for Hillary and the DNC as “an associate’ and “law firm” with no mention of Clinton or the DNC.
When someone signs one of these applications, they are swearing that they have confirmed that the information contained within is both complete and confirmed as accurate. We now know that neither was true. The four people who signed the applications and who could face criminal charges are James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, Andrew McCabe and Sally Yates.
Almost one year ago to the day, Judicial Watch filed an FOIA lawsuit against the DOJ for the following documents:
Copies of all proposed and all final signed FISA applications submitted to the FISC relating to Russian interference in the 2016 election, allegations of collusion between people associated with the Trump campaign and Russia, and any known Trump associates regardless of context;
Copies of all FISC responses to the above-mentioned applications in which the Court notified the FBI or Justice Department that it would not grant the proposed applications or recommended changes. If any such FISC responses were provided orally, rather than in writing, please provide copies of FBI or Justice Department records memorializing or otherwise referencing the relevant FISC responses;
Copies of all FISC orders relating to the above mentioned applications, whether denying the applications and certifications, denying the orders, modifying the orders, granting the orders, or other types of orders.

I will make a prediction here. For over a year, the DOJ and FBI have denied that the judges were misled on the origins of the Hillary dossier. Now, that they have been caught, they will say it’s old news. This is a trick invented for the Clintons that they have used time and again.
