Conservative websites have felt the sting for quite some time and now we’re seeing many other left-leaning and even unbiased websites start to see what’s happening… Google does, on some fronts, appear to be rigging search results and leaving many conservative-based news and opinion sites in the dust.
Why does this matter? Because, ultimately, there’s nothing from stopping them (as of yet) from skewing to the point that you don’t see news and events that actually matter to you when you use one of their services. This can be a VERY dangerous thing in the information age.

The leftist tech empire Google, which also moonlights as an SJW think tank that fires employees who dare to question their agenda, is alleged by many on the Right to have fixed their search results to favor left-wing sites.
On top of facing a $9 billion dollar fine from the European Union after a seven-year investigation showed evidence of Google allegedly rigging their search engines to favor the company’s online shopping service in violation of anti-trust laws, the company now faces intense scrutiny from conservatives who accuse them of having not only left-wing culture at work, but a left-wing culture in their service.
A recent study in 2016 conducted by online-search marketer CanIRank.com found that “50 recent Google searches for political terms turned up more liberal leaning sites than conservative ones, rated by a four-person panel,” according to Newsmax.
Google’s search results are “determined by algorithms using hundreds of factors” and “reflect the content and information that is available on the internet,” according to the company, which …….

“From the beginning, our approach to search has been to provide the most relevant answers and results to our users, and it would undermine people’s trust in our results, and our company, if we were to change course,” a Google spokeswoman said in an email to the Journal, denying the allegation of bias.
Despite finding that most results come from liberal websites, the panel rated more pages as “very conservative” than “very liberal.”
