So, this is what passes for a joke in the liberal world. Let me try my hand at this. If Alcee Hastings, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer were in a lifeboat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean… Who would be saved? You will find the answer at the end of this column. Never before in my lifetime has it been okay to wish death on any sitting president.
I just regret I have just 20 years left to live because I would have loved to make fun of the next Democratic president’s death and to say I want their children harmed (note, I don’t really). But, alas, I will not be alive to see that happen, so I am placing a time capsule in the ground with some of my best material. You just fill in the name of the Dem president. Thank you.
“I will tell you one joke,” Hastings said. “Do you know the difference between a crisis and a catastrophe?”
“A crisis is if Donald Trump falls into the Potomac River and can’t swim,’” Hastings said, as he repeated the joke. “‘And a catastrophe is anybody saves his a**.”
The 81-year-old Hastings drew loud laughter and whoops of excitement from the crowd.
On his website, Barry Silver describes himself as a “post-denominational Rabbi practicing cosmic Judaism, a civil rights/environmental attorney, a former Florida legislator, songwriter, and social activist ‘Rabbi-rouser.’”
Alcee Hastings is a former judge who was impeached for corruption, but as we all know, being corrupt is no hindrance for a Democrat. In fact, it’s a resume enhancer. The answer to my joke is, “America”.
Sh*t like this should be taken more seriously, especially by the media. It may have been said in jest but this sort of speaking gives these youngin’s pause and cause to think they’re on the right path…
