Former U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova is now calling for the impeachment of FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy DOJ AG Rod Rosenstein.
DiGenova was commenting on the raid on Trump’s personal attorney’s office and home, which he considers to be illegal and could spell the end of lawyer/client privilege forever. Robert Mueller, who is a dirty cop and a very small man is going on fishing expeditions with his Deep State pal, Rod Rosenstein in tow.
They have failed miserably on the collusion front and trying to say the firing of dirty cop James Comey isn’t going to go anywhere so now they are going after the president over consensual sex when they didn’t go after Clinton for actual sexual assaults.
DiGenova: “I think that the raid today on Mr. Cohen’s office was an act of bad faith by the special prosecutor even though he was not responsible for the raid. He caused it to occur through the Southern District of New York. I think these are what are called ‘in terrorem tactics.’ They are using the grand jury in a terroristic way in order to frighten people, to intimidate people and can try to influence the conduct of the president of the United States.
I think what Mr. Mueller has done, under the guidance of Mr. Rosenstein and the assistance of FBI Director Wray is disgraceful. I think it is an embarrassment to the Department of Justice and the fact that they’re in embarrassed tells you something about these three people — Mueller, Wray and Rosenstein. It is clear to me now that Mueller, Wray and Rosenstein are anti-Trumpers.
It is not a bad faith federal investigation. It is designed to embarrass the president and I believe they have determined that they want to take him down.
diGenova was then asked about the FBI and DOJ’s refusal to produce documents that congressional investigators are entitled to by law.
diGenova replied:
“Right. It’s a no-brainer, they should hold Rosenstein and Wray in contempt of Congress, and if they don’t produce the documents, they should move to impeach both of them.”
